CLIENT EVENTS

We firmly believe in the power of client events as a means to maintain meaningful connections with our clients even after the closing. Please find below a selection of recent client events we've had the pleasure of hosting.

We prep for events by:

  • Initiating the planning process 60 days prior, utilizing a guided checklist to ensure efficient preparation.

  • Establishing a budget and using that as a starting point for the decor/vendor/food decisions.

  • Begin inviting clients via "Save the Date" reminders, mailed invitations, and an Eventbrite online RSVP option.

  • Three weeks prior to the event event: promote on client Facebook group, maintaining weekly updates leading up to the event.

  • Send out reminder texts to clients a few days before the event.

  • Account for potential no-shows by allocating 30% more RSVPs than anticipated attendance.

FIESTA EVENT AT LA HACIENDA

We organized a fiesta event at a local Mexican restaurant where 200 clients attended. We provided them with a fajita buffet, set up a churro table, offered face painting, and had a live mariachi band. Additionally, we gave away a $100 prize hidden within a fiesta wreath. The total cost of the event was $8,480.

RODEO EVENT AT TEJAS RODEO

We organized an exciting rodeo event at a local venue, ensuring that our 156 clients had a memorable time. They were each provided with a rodeo ticket, a delicious burger basket, and convenient hand fans. After the rodeo, we even set the stage for some post-event fun, as clients had the opportunity to enjoy some lively two-stepping on the dance floor. The total cost for this all-encompassing experience came to $9,096.

ICE SKATING AND PICTURES WITH SANTA AT NORTHWOODS ICE CENTER

We organized an enjoyable event that featured ice skating and the opportunity for our clients to take photos with Santa. We provided donuts, kolaches, and offered a hot cocoa bar. A photographer was on hand to capture our clients' moments with Santa. In total, 244 clients attended, and the event cost $7,136.

MOVIE EVENT AT REGAL THEATER 

We organized a delightful movie event at a local theater, showcasing "Sing 2." Each guest received a movie ticket and a delicious snack pack, enhancing their cinematic experience. To add some extra excitement, we hosted trivia with gift card prizes. We were thrilled to welcome 168 clients, and the event incurred a total cost of $3,070.

BIG'Z BURGER JOINT EVENT

We hosted a fantastic client event at a local burger joint, filled with live music, face painting, balloon art, a costume contest with gift card prizes, and a mouthwatering burger buffet. A total of 198 clients attended, and the event cost $5,918.
